Office SI Shop (CBLC Lease Nb.•5-36479) ' 3.50 Acses <br />TOTAL... 9.82 Acres <br />The above areas are indicsted on our Exhibit 'C'. <br />T,ie are enclosing four (4) copies each of a boundary survey, part of <br />Section 36-10-70 and a road R.O.W. description, part of Section <br />36-30-70 surveyed by Stewart and Associates. On these surveys made <br />by Stewart and Associates, you will note the following areas: <br />1. Tract 'A' Fine Grind Plant 4.6746 Acres <br />2. TracC 'B' Fine Crind Plant 6.7155 Acres <br />3. Trac!. 'C' Office & Shop 3.3705 Acres <br />4. Haul Road 1.5400 Acres <br />TOTAL... 16.30D6 Acres <br />The difference in acreage between our amendment'of 1985 and the areas <br />surveyed by Stewart and Associates is 6.48 acres.
