<br />3. My question to MCC (#9, Groundwater):
<br />Conductivity should be somewhat higher than total dissolved
<br />solids (TDS); however, samples collected from SOM 128H show
<br />TDS being 10 times higher than conductivity. Also, the permit
<br />states that baseline for the TDS in the Rollins formation is
<br />between 500-1500 mg/1 and TDS currently is between 8000-9000
<br />mg/1. Please provide an explanation as to why the TDS is
<br />above baseline data. The Division recommends that a full
<br />suite sample be taken and analyzed for this well.
<br />Since the well was drilled, the water level has increased
<br />approximately 175 feet. Please provide an explanation as to
<br />why this is occurring.
