After reviewing the files <br />connected with the permit, we have come to condusion that tfie permR should be amended. <br />Endosed Is a copy of the amended permk. <br />Since the well can be operated under fts own priority and also as attemate point of <br />Diversion to Collins Creek Ditch, pursuant to the decree no. 80CW296, the pumping rate of the <br />well has been amended to a total of 0.51 CFS, which is 230 gallons per minute, for industrial and <br />irrigation purposes.
