This information is needed to ensure <br />that equal opportunity for advancement and promotion has been <br />provided to all employees. The information is also needed to <br />ensure that the state is conducting effective outreach and <br />recruitment to persons with disabilities. This information will <br />assist the Department of Natural Resources with the self-evaluation <br />of our policies and practices to ensure full compliance with the <br />American with Disabilities Act. <br />Although the information requested is voluntary, we strongly <br />encourage your cooperation in completing this survey.
