On May 30, 2003, SCC submitted an Exploration NOI for 10 explora[ion drill hole locations.
After discussions with the Division, SCC would like to change this request to a Minor Revision
(MR-20) so that the existing bond held by the Division can apply directly to this disturbance. The
information required for this MR request has already been submitted as the initial NOI submittal.
However, attached is a completed application form to satisfy Rule 1.04(73) and the text change to
page 7 as requested in the NOI CX-2003-168-28 Adequacy Letter dated June 6, 2003.
The currently approved bond amount for the Yoast Mine is X4,385,484, however there is
~4,40Q,000 (excess of $214,516) held by [he Division. The Division's bond calculation indica[es
that an additional $41,100 will be required to cover the reclamation of the additional dismrbance.
Therefore [he bonding increase required to cover [his Minor Revision is already available.
SCC requests that the attached information originally submitted as an NOI, which includes the
requested revisions, be inserted into the PAP as Appendix 6-4, 2003 Exploration Program.
