Seneca Coal Company, 1300 South Yale, Flagstaff, Arizona 86001,
has filed with the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, a
Technical Revision (NO. 27) to the Seneca II-W Mine, Permit C-82-
057. The revision provides the remedial action plan for repairing
the landslide located near sedimentation pond 006 and adjacent to
Haul Road A.
