<br />EXHIBIT "Q" <br />ATTACI-Q~IENT "l" <br />Page 3 <br />NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATION <br /> <br />FOR COLORADO DIVISION OF MINERALS & GEOLOGY PERMTT <br />FOR A CONVERSION FROM A LIMITED IIVIPACT (110) PERMIT TO A <br />REGULAR {112) GRAVEL PTT OPERATION <br />NOTICE TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br />OF THE DELTA SOIL CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />RE: TRIANTOS GRAVEL PIT, DELTA COUNTY <br />Delta County has applied for a Conversion from an existing Limited Impact Permit #M- <br />78-304 to a regulaz (112) Reclamation Permit from the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Boazd ("the Boazd") to conduct mining operations in Delta County. The <br />attached information is being provided to notify you of the location and nature of the <br />proposed operation. The entire application is on file with the Colorado Division of <br />Minerals & Geology ("the Division") and the Delta County Clerk & Recorder. <br />Delta County proposes to reclaim the affected land to wildlife habitat. Pursuant to <br />C.R.S. 34-32-116(7)Q) the Boazd is required to confer with the local Soil Conservation <br />Districts before approving of the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would <br />appreciate your wmments on the proposed operation.
