MORRIS, JR., FOR SPECIAL ADMISSION <br />TO PRACTICE BEFORE THIS BOARD PURSUANT TO RULE 221.1 OF THE <br />COLORADO RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE <br />Pursuant to Rule 221.1 of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure, Walton D. Morris, Jr., <br />moves this Boazd for special admission to practice in this proceeding as counsel to Jim Tatum and <br />Ann Tatum, who concurrently move to intervene as additional defendants with full party status. The <br />grounds for this motion are the following: <br />1. Walton D. Morris, Jr., is licensed as an attorney and counselor at law in the <br />Commonwealth of Virginia. Moms received the Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas <br />School of Law in May 1974. Morris has continuously been a member in good standing of the <br />Virginia State Bar since October 1974. His Virginia State Bar number is 14438. Motris is also a <br />member in good standing of the bar of the United States District Court for the Western District of <br />Virginia, of the bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and of the bar of <br />the Supreme Court of the United States. <br />2. Moms practices as the sole attorney and proprietor of Morris Law Office, P.C., a <br />Virginia professional corporation. <br />3. The Tatums have employed Morris for the time being in this cause. <br />
