Cattany <br />Division Director <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology renewed Mining Pem3it No. C-1981-023 for the <br />Chimney Rock Mine on April 15, 2003, allowing coal mining and reclamation operations to continue <br />under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The permit was <br />issued to Kaiser Ventures, LLC, 3633 E.
