The proposed vent shaft location is at a 1999 exploration drill site.
Access to the site is by a BLM road and the exploration drill site access road.
The TR was called complete on February 9, 2000. The adequacy is due March 10 and the proposed
decision is due April 10. However, BRL would like to drill this shaft as soon as possible. I talked with
Larry and he would like responses back by Tuesday, February 22. Sorry for the rush!
I talked to Jim Stover concerning this revision. Jim said that, probably, the shafr would be eight feet in
diameter. The submittal contains a cost estimate.
Attached is a complete copy of the submittal. If you need any other information, please let me know.
Thanks for your assistance.
Attachment
c:\ms97\bowie2\tr 12memo3
