Description: A tract of land situated in the E 1/2 of Section 4, Township 15 <br /> South, Range 69 West, east of and adjacent to the Town of Gillette <br /> consisting of 49.8 +-acres ,- <br />Current Zoning: Agricultural Zone (A-1) <br />Written Comment Due: June 19, 2006 <br />You, as an adjacent property owner, or our agency are being notified of this request so that you may have <br />an opportunity to provide Comment to the Planning Commission prior to its determination. Although written <br />comment may be submitted at any time, written comment returned to the Planning Department before the <br />written comment due date above will be included with the staff report to the Planning Commission.
