The amendment area will not create too much in the way of negative <br />impacts beyond what has already been done. However, the old oxbow was a valuable <br />wildlife resource, which appears to be in the process of being destroyed. It also <br />contained some good wetlands. <br />The information supplied with the application was eomewhat sketchy, eo wee had to assume <br />some that the development plane are for the mined out area in the floodplain.
