Box 191 <br />Victor, CO 80860 <br />Dear John: <br />Enclosed is our report concerning results obtained from environmental testwork <br />and analyses for the nine waste rock and process waste samples (2 from Forest Queen <br />Pad & 7 from old piles) you submitted. <br />Two additional Forest Queen samples designated FQ-A and FQ-B were recieved <br />for Meteoric Water Mobility Tests for Free, Total and WAD Cyanide analyses only. <br />Neither sample contained detectable cyanide. <br />Enclosed also is our invoice (MLI Job No. 2039/3189) for this report. <br />Tables A and B compaze primary and secondary drinking water maximum <br />contaminant levels (MCL's) to solution analytical data for [he nine waste rock and <br />process waste samples.
