This mapping provides relevant information on existing access routes for
remote water monitoring installations, and differentiates between those roads for which Twentymile Coal
Company has a reclamation obligation ("Mine Roads") and those other roads where TCC has no
reclamation obligation ("Existing Ranch Roads" and "County Roads"). Copies of the revised maps
accompany this transmittal. I have also enclosed revised copies of pages 2.05-65.5 (typo under well listing
for Well FBR-1) and 2.05-74 (added reference to Map 24 for ranch roads).
We appreciate your cooperation and timely review of the revision submittal package and look forward to
approval of the pending Technical Revision application. Please feel free to contact me with any questions
regarding this submittal or related matters.
Best regards,

Supervisor
cc: M.
