Box 68, Empire, Colorado 80438, has filed an application for an Amendment to its approved Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The proposed Amendment: 1) delete, in entirety, Area 23 -Lost Creek Reservoir area, tram the Permit; 2) change the underlying post-mining land use for the entire Permit to "Rangeland", with noted exceptions; 3) change two ouilding sites at the mine site to "IndustriaUCommerdaf", allow- ing hvo specific buildings to remain in place for possible use by Clear Creek use for the a dry cover tl wet cover is multiple section portions in Township 2 and 3 Sou!h, Ranges 77 and 78 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Grand County.
