The site <br />was not fenced off as the mine promised. <br />I have not addressed any of Mr. Hernandez's assertions <br />regarding the mine exhaust or eater well. I want these issues reopened. This <br />letter will serve as my official notice of appeal and I am <br />copying Director Anne Shields as directed by Mr. Hagen. <br />As I have m de you aware by copy of my November 3, <br />1994, letter to Director Long, I have filed 'yet another <br />citizen complaint against the mine and Savage Industries for <br />pollution.
