Please update Exhibit 2~ of Permit C-81-044 as an adequacy item of
the permit renewal. Note that in this estimate tasks 13, 30, 39, 49 and 73 are retired or reserved,
and that tasks 66, 67, and 68 cover work completed but for which no bond release has been
processed. Task 39 applied to reclamation work on a stockwa[er pond. Task 72 costs appear
under indirect costs (section II.A.4. of the summary).
The revised estimate for the ensuing term of the Permit totals $3,552,679. The current bond is
for $3,352,822. Please provide the Division with additional bond ($199,857) for reclamation of
the site for the permit renewal period. No new tasks were added to the estimate prepared for the
last mid-term review of the Permit. The increase in cost reflects overall inflation.
