I have reviewed West Elk Coal Company's request for minor revision
to Mount Gunnison Permit C-007-80 of 7/11/85.
We concur with WECC Plans as stated in their letter; however, I
recommend that the following stipulation be added:
"All drill hole locations will be approved on-the-ground
by the Paonia District Ranger or his designated repre-
sentative prior to commencement of operations."
