~ ~ _2_ <br />CEASE AND DESIST ORDER <br />Based upon the forego'ng Findings of Fact and Notice f Violation, and <br />pursuant to the provis'ons of C.R.S. 34-32-123, the oard hereby orders you to: <br />i. Immediately cease an desist all mining oper ions. <br />2. Mail, within one (1) d after receipt of is Notice, to the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, written otice of your com liance with paragraph one (1> of <br />this Cease and Desist Order. <br />3. Submit a complete appli tion for appropriate mining permit to the <br />Division by July 26, 199 and sec a issuance of the permit by <br />September 24, 1492. <br />The Board also orders: <br />4.
