EXHIBIT L
Reclamation Costs
Connell Resources, Inc. has reclaimed and seeded 6 acres of the north wall this
past year as part of the 110C permit. Consequently, the proposed 112c permit
area will have approximately 15 acres of remaining area to be mulched and
seeded for final reclamation. The east and west walls are mined at 3:1 slopes
and the final south wall will be mined with a 3:1 slope. As a result, the final slope
reclamation involves placing six inches of top soil over the 3:1 mined slopes.
The mined slope walls total approximately 4 acres in area. The size of the pit
floor at final reclamation will be approximately 11 acres and will also involve
placing six inches of topsoil. The following table itemizes final reclamation costs.
Camilletti Pit Reclamation Itemized Costs
Bac~ll 8 Grading
Reclamation (6 inches topsoil): Cubic Yards
Pit Slopes 3,200
Pit Floor 9,000
Total 12,200
Antidpated Reclamation Rate 3,000 CY/Day
Equipment Rate (Slhr) Mob/Demob.
