Trapper's responses were submitted December 18, 2002. Here are my comments, in the <br />format of our initial adequacy letter. Note that I have added one new item at the end. <br />1.(a) This item has been adequately addressed. <br />1.(b) This item has been adequately addressed. <br />1.(c) This item has been adequately addressed. <br />1.(d) Please revise proposed Table 3.4-2 to include the dates pre-blast survey notifications were <br />sent to the owners of the structures listed in this table, whether pre-blast surveys were <br />requested, and if so, the dates the surveys were provided to the owners of these structures. <br />2. This item has been adequately addressed. <br />The response to this item needs clarification. The response on proposed page 3-31 states <br />that "Trapper will monitor air blast on a five-year rotation, with the next monitoring to <br />occur in 2003. An airblast monitoring plan will be presented to the Division for approval <br />before initiating the airblast monitoring." <br />
