Recently Trapper Mine was issued an NOV for erosional problems due
to surface runoff associated with the spillways at four sediment
ponds. The have provided the attatched correspondence within the
fifteen day time period addressing the facts of the violation. As
you will notice, they have requested vacation of the NOV.
I am requesting your evaluation of the request to vacate the NOV.
