Hear has been working diligently with Mountain Coal Company (MCC)
to negotiate an agreement so the coal mine waste can be transported
to and placed into MCC's gob pile. Both Bear's and MCC's DMG
permits have been revised to provide for the gob disposal. The
only remaining issue is for Bear and MCC to finalize a contractual
type agreement. The parties expect to have the agreement
formalized within two weeks.
