An <br />assessment conference was held at the Division's office on August 17, 1995. In attendance at <br />the conference, in addition to yourself and me, were Jce Dudash and Dan Hernandez <br />representing the Division and Mark Wehmanen, Richard Fanyo and Vladimir Straskraba <br />representing Trapper Mining Inc.. If you agree with the penalty, please sign the settlement <br />agreement within ten (10) days as instructed on the form. If you disagree with the settlement <br />agreement, do not sign it. The Division will fix the penalty at the original proposed amount <br />pursuant to Rule 5.04.3(5) and you may request a Board Hearing.
