As I understand, the import of what he' s saying, <br /> 17 it is that he may very well object to the mining of the <br /> 18 gravel which is the issue before the Board today. However, <br /> 19 that determination of whether or not to object that or not <br /> 20 simply has not been made because the review of the applica- <br /> 21 tion has not been.
