Lamm <br />Governor <br />December 23, 1985 <br />Mr. Douglas Bachli <br />6925 1/2 Lowell Blvd. <br />Denver, Colorado 80221 <br /> <br />RE: Board Action at the December 18, 1985 Meeting of the P4ined and <br />Reclamation Board - Unpermitted Stone Quarry -Sec. 2, T5N, 70W, La rimer <br />County <br />Dear Mr. Bachli: <br />Action by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board at their Dece bet 18, 1985 <br />meeting resulted in their issuing the enclosed Cease and Desist 0 der applying <br />to the operation described above. <br />The Cease and Desist Order requires an immediate cessation of min ng at the <br />above described site.
