This mine is permitted by Kerr Coal Company, and <br />is situated approximately eight miles east of the town of Walden. As <br />a surface owner, you may participate with the Division in conducting <br />this inspection. <br />This inspection will begin at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, November 14, 1995. <br />The inspection will be conducted to evaluate the backfilling and <br />grading that Kerr Coal Company has implemented in Pit One of its <br />mine, per Technical Revision No. TR-13 to the Marr Mine mining and <br />reclamation permit.
