MCC provides the following responses and additional <br />information for the Division's consideration: <br />General Information <br />While MCC is considering the placement of additional facilities in Sylvester Gulch, our plans <br />aze preliminary at this point and no commitments have been made as to the facilities that will <br />be constructed in Sylvester Gulch. MCC has added a general discussion which addresses <br />our future plans in the Project Description in Exhibit 69. All of the facilities proposed in this <br />application are required now to serve our need for ventilation in the mine. <br />Identification of Interests (2.03.4) <br />2. No response is required. <br />Hvdrolo¢v Description (2.04.71 <br />3. There aze no private, commercial or industrial wells located in areas adjacent to Sylvester <br />Gulch. <br />4. As there are no wells within a one mile radius of the SGFA; therefore, a map has not been <br />prepared. <br />
