(Re: your letter dated November 11, 1984, <br />Recommendation No. 1.) <br />Personnel from my office completed said survey on December 12, 1984, and monumented <br />the corners of the areas described in Recommendations l,a. and l,b. in said letter. <br />After reviewing the results of this survey, the owner of Snider's Aggregate has <br />elected to submit an amendment application to your office. I am presently pre- <br />paring the required material for this amendment and plan to submit it to you by <br />February 1, 1985. The amendment will require that a Special Use Permit be issued <br />by the Fremont County Board of Commissioners.
