We have two concerns wnh the report.
1. Rule 4.05.6(13), which mandates the quarterly pond inspections, includes a list of the
required pond inspection topics. Among those items is the requirement that the report
note the sediment level of each structure. The report submitted did not include that
information. Please provide a certified supplement to the report that includes a report
of the sediment levels observed in the four sedimentation ponds.
2. The report did not include a statement of observations of the Northwest Sediment Trap,
as required by Rule 4.05.9(13). Please submit a certified copy of the report for the
second quarter inspection of the Northwest Sediment Trap.
[f you have questions or are in need of additional information, please contact me
Sincerely,
6W1T~7
Susan L Burgm er
Environmental Protection Specialist
SLB\0705946.
