By this letter we are requesting a name change from "Tower Pit <br />#1" to the "Brighton Mine". Enclosed please find 5 copies of the following: <br />1 - New Application Cover Sheets reflecting the curcent and new name <br />2 - New page 1 and page 4 inserts for the application reflecting the request <br />for the name change <br />We are somewhat <br />confused by this as the portion quoted by you seems to imply that this can be an <br />adequacy issue rather than a completeness issue. Also, we have had a different <br />interpretation concerning another case by Bruce Humphries. Please see the attached <br />letter to Bruce asking for a clarification. <br />Enclosed are the notices. <br />1.6.2(11(bll: Enclosed is <br />As soon as we have the clarification from Bruce, we will proceed as per his interpretation <br />of the right to enter issue. <br />
