On December 17, <br />1990, I transmitted the ma,iority of Somerset's responses to the <br />adequacy issues. Following are Somerset's additional responses <br />to the adequacy issues. <br />Item 23 requested baseline geochemical information for the <br />roof, floor, overburden and coal. The requested information is <br />enclosed as pages 2.04-L4, 2.04-24i, 2.04-'L4ii, 2.04-24iii, 2.05- <br />20iv, 2.05-20v and 2.05-20vi. <br />On December 4, 1990, Centuries Research Inc. conducted a <br />cultural resource survey in the area to be disturbed b,y the <br />Sanborn Creek Mine. Centuries' report dated January 7, 1991 is <br />enclosed. <br />On page 2.04-39, in the permit revision document, a commit- <br />ment is made to forward results of ground water monitoring from <br />the Rollins Sandstone and the D-Seam water bearing formation. <br />Those analyses are enclosed as a new page 2.09-29vi. <br />Three copies of the above information is enclosed for your <br />use.
