Pit Technical Revision Proposal <br />MLRB Permit No. M-1988-093 <br />Dear Mr. Stevens, <br />Fremont Paving &Redi-Mix, Inc. would like to propose a Technical Revision to <br />Permit No. M-1988-093 regarding phase boundary designation. Rather than <br />designating an arbitrary phase boundary at half the permit area, we would like to <br />modify the phase boundary to follow the overhead power line path. Phase 1 would <br />comprise the area to the southwest of the power line, approximately 9.5 acres. <br />Phase 2 would comprise the area to the northeast of the power line, approximately <br />13.0 acres. <br />The reclamation bond would change to $20,330 for Phase 1 and $27,820 for <br />Phase 2.
