A sign identifying the Mid-Continent Limestone Quarry, including the MLRD permit number, and markers identifying the permit boundary, were installed on April 10, 1992. 2. Straw bales were installed in the drainage channel between the fines stockpile and the point where the drainage intersects and becomes the Transfer Trail Road on April 20, 1992. 3. The regrading of the fines stockpile benches for water diversion is scheduled to begin April 22, 1992, weather permitting. 4. Hydrologic design work for the two proposed upland diversions, the proposed access road culverts, and riprapping was was begun on April 21, 1992; completed designs will be submitted on or before May 15, 1992. Mid- Continent further commits to installing these structures on or before May 29, 1992, weather permitting. 5. Mid-Continent also commits to rototilling the crusher fines in the drainage channel below the stockpile, together with peat moss or dry manure, and reseeding them on or before November 2, 1992.
