ZALKIND: Going back, this is a quarry <br /> 19 operation up near Lyons, one of several quarry operations, <br /> 20 that was inspected by Jay Lucas and Jim McArdle in January. <br /> 21 Most of those operations have since been permeated. <br /> 22 In June of this year, the Board did issue a <br /> 23 notice of violation and a Cease and Desist Order.
