112 Conversion Tentative Schedule 5/26 Complete Application sign and initial application and notarize 5/26 Post NOTICE sign at site entrance 5/26 Place copy with clerk and recorder 5/26 Mail notices to Delta County Commissioners and SCS, return receipt requested Wait for return receipt of mailings estimate return by 6/2 6/2 FED EXP application to MLRB with application fee $1,875.00 (confirm receipt and filing status; starts 90 to ] 20 day clock for review and approval by DMG). Must wait until DMG indicates that the application is complete, this initial review normally take 1 week. 6/9 Publish 4 timesonce a week for 4 consecutive weeks in local newspaper (must be done within 10 days of filing with DMG), and obtain affidavit of publication. Mail a copy to DMG after 1st publication. 6/12 Send mailings return receipt requested to adjacent property owners.
