On November 1, 2000, the Board issued its Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order in the above
referenced matter.
It has come to the Division's attention that the written order did not fully reflect [he decision the Board reached
in the hearing held on October 18, 2000, in that the written order did not contain an Order to Cease and Desist
from any activities outside the permitted azea. Attached to this letter is a corrected written Order identical to the
order issued on November 1, 2000, except that it contains the Board's Cease and Desist Order.
