CD-008, Administrative <br />kecord Nos. CO-3B9 and C~-398) dated September T, 1988, as amended oa <br />September 21, 19BE. OSMRE's informal review findings are attached. <br />Several of the proposed amendments discussed in Colorado's informal <br />amendment package involve rule revisions which were formal]y proposed in <br />Colorado's ameaamea2 pac]:age dated August 23, 1988 (SPAT Nc. CC•-OOo; <br />Aaministrative Record No. CG-384). To alleviate the confusion, ve have <br />prefaced each informal review findinc with a cross reference to the <br />formal amendment submittal dated August °_:, 198E, as appropriate. <br />OS.~IRE has reviewed these specific proposed Colorado rn]e revisions <br />against the Federal regu]atioas published final as o! the date o`_ this <br />iette_.
