I <br />thin} if we send the Sheriff out there with a subpoena, he has <br />evQry right to just ignore that subpoena too according to our <br />law; isn't that right? <br />MR. WOODS: No. IE he ignores a subpoena we <br />go to court and get a court or~lor directing him to be here and <br />upon ,failure to be here, he can l,e held in contempt.
