He doesn't answer his phone and certified m«il typically <br />comes back unclaimed. <br />I know he's there because this hapFlened t0 me <br />before and then all of a sudden he started contaci:ing me <br />again and said the address was correct and his phone number was <br />correct. My adequacy letter on his permit was, by the way, <br />denied last month because of this lack of response; was mailed <br />on May 14th and I got it back on June 16th unclaimed. <br />I sent notification of this hearing on June 1st <br />and have not received a return receipt or the letter back <br />again, I assume I will get the letter back. I ha.ven't got <br />answeFs to my phone calls.
