Since <br />then BLM and Colowyo have been in discussion regarding the boundary description and Colowyo is <br />presently modifying that boundary. As soon as BLM approves that application Colowyo will submit a TR <br />or PR as needed to update their mining permit. <br />Therefore, due to the steps required to acquire the necessary information for the application, Colowyo <br />requests a 90 day extension as per the Colorado Mining Rules and Regulations regarding abatement.
