Backfilling and Grading: The ~1 mine portal needs to have a <br />permanent drainage system installed and the portal area needs <br />to be backfilled. Since the discharge will be continuous it <br />serves no purpose to postpone the installation of the <br />permanent drainage system. <br />Enforcement Actions: No enforcement actions were taken by DMG <br />as a result of this inspection, however a TDN will be issued <br />to address the ponds which were discussed above. <br />MSEIR: Those items in block 24 marked with a "2" have been <br />discussed above. Those marked with a "3" were not applicable <br />to purposes of this inspection. <br />8 <br />
