for NOV's C-92-013, C-92-020, C-92-021, C-92-028 and
C-92-029
Trinidad Basin Mining Company has requested an extension of
abatement deadlines for the above NOV's, citing weather conditions
as the reason for the request. I can confirm that the area has
been extremely muddy this year. Currently there is about 1 foot
of snow on the ground. An extension to February 15, 1993 would be
more than 90 days past the NOV issuance dates so your signature is
required.
