Tatums ptuehased the property 1n 1987, <br />Defendant owned and operated an underground coal mining operation approximately Z5 <br />milos W oat oFTrinidad, CO under the name and style of V/yoming Fuel Company during the <br />years 19g1 to 1493. Wyoming Fuel Company changed its name in 1491 to Basin Resources, <br />Inc. Defcndant, ac all tunas relevant to these proceedings, operated the coal mining activity <br />Heist the Tatums' prnporty, and portions of the mining operation were under portions of the <br />Tatum prapcsty, Basin Resouroes, Inc, is the successor in interest to Wyoming Fuel Company. <br />RECEIVED <br />OEC 0 3 191 <br />
