Rebuttal Report to Gerity Expert Repoli of Febntarv 2001 <br />10.0 Nk"YV 5URVEYS <br />In order to determine what, if any, movement had taken place since the latest surveys of the <br />subsidence monitoring, Basin Resources contracted with Gary Terry, a professional lead <br />surveyor. A Global Positioning System (GPS) survey was selected in order to get horizontal, as <br />well as vertical, readings. Even though ae had been assured that the GPS system used would <br />provide readings within desired accuracy limits, we were caecemed, since tfte GPS had na tie <br />back. On February 23, 2001 we had the paints resurveyed with a closed loop levels survey.
