The 9.9 acres is <br />physically part of Phase II of your mining plan for M-73-021, its <br />value is tied to the success of the mining operation and <br />therefore excluded from use as security. <br />You will need to submit additional or alternative bonding <br />instruments, which would require a new financial warranty, in <br />order to secure your reclamation bonds.
