CunR <br />Ulvi+Inn Dimrlur <br />Enclosed please find a copy of the Draft Hearing Order and a copy of the Division's Rationale for <br />Recommending Approval of the Amendment Application over Objections. <br />As noted on the Drafr Hearing Order, the only person that attended the pre-hearing conference was <br />Wayde Forrester. He will retain parry status that will allow him to submit exhibits and present witnesses <br />at the September Board hearing. Also, he will be able to cross-examine the applicant's witnesses. Since <br />you did not attend the pre-hearing conference, you will not be able to submit exhibits, present witnesses <br />or cross-examine any witness. In addition, you will be able to address the Board but only during the time <br />afforded to the general public (which is limited to 3 minutes). <br />Unless your objection is withdrawn, you will maintain party status (although limited) in the permitting <br />process.
