(North Pit <br />Dear Mr. Dillie, <br />The following are the responses to your letter dated January 31, <br />1996. I will respond to them in the order that they were <br />received. <br />i. Total of 20.2 acres - ground water exposure ) <br />Currently we are exposing approximately 12 acres of surface <br />water. The batch plant is a <br />portable plant that could be moved fairly easily.
