The
revised liability estitate is $6,553,139.00, which is $17,977.00 less than the previous estimate of
$6,571,116.00. The main reason for the decrease is that BRL is proposing to salvage less topsoil
than in the previous proposed plan; 24,000 cubic yards versus 43,600 cubic yards. Therefore, less
topsoil needs to be replaced.
Attached are the replacement pages for the reclamation cost estimate for PR-06. Tasks 000, OOg,
OOh, OOk, 90d and 105 should replace the corresponding pages in the estimate that had been sent
to you previously. Tasks 079 and 107 are new tasks related to the new sediment pond K and
should be added to the estimate that was sent to you previously.
If you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
J sep .Dash
nvironmental Protection Specialist
cc: Jim Stover P.E.
