LnnR <br />Division Dnector <br />Pi ease find attached a copy of 1N' letters requesting transfer of interest on <br />Certificate Nos. 2094 and 7560 from the appropriate banks. <br />When it is determined whether or not these transactions are subject to an <br />early withdrawal penalty and what the new certificate numbers are, Grand <br />Vailey Coal Company will need to execute a new Coal Reclamation Bond For Use <br />With Certificate of Deposit form for each certificate since they are issued on <br />two different banks.
